General information, not advice

What we publish is general information about marketing and communications. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and using our site or booking a call does not by itself create a client relationship. If we work together, we will do so under a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, fees and terms.

Booking a call

Booking a call is a request for a conversation. It does not obligate you to buy anything or us to take on your project. We may reschedule or decline a call if we are not the right fit.

Our content, including text, images, resources, the Jaime Hanson Communications name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell, republish or build on our content without our written permission.

If you sign up, we will email you. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

We may link to other websites or tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Work we do for you under a separate written agreement is governed by that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
